UK-Francophone West and Central Africa Trade and Investment Forum (WCAF II)

At DMA's second edition of WCAF, an incredible 800-plus delegates attended a seven-nation summit with over 250 overseas delegates mixing with 550 UK businesses with many commenting on the most productive Africa networking event of the year. 

Having moved to a venue with twice the capacity of its 2022 predecessor, over GBP 1bn in investment was discussed with UKEF and other agencies. 

An electrifying ministerial opening panel on the West & Central Africa offer was followed by the UK's response chaired by UKEF with BII, the British Chambers of Commerce, HM Trade Commissioner for Africa and TheCityUK. 

It led to a further 13 panel discussions on seven countries and six key vertical sessions culminating in a gala network reception and an exclusive VVIP dinner at one of the world's most coveted venues - Tower Bridge.
