Hong Kong-Albania Trade & Investment Forum
On 27th October, DMA was delighted to work with the Government of Albania, in extending its outreach to the business and investment community of Hong Kong and China as a whole. HE Edi Rama, Prime Minister of Albania lead a senior government delegation - including Hon Damian Gjiknuri, Minister of Energy & Industry and Gent Sejko, Governor of the Central Bank – as the government outlined its investment agenda in key sectors.
Located at the centre of a natural crossroads of major corridors in Europe, Albania is ideally situated to take advantage of its geographical positioning when engaging with markets in both East and West and has built an attractive, business-friendly environment with tax benefits and incentives for investment.This inaugural forum presented a unique opportunity to initiate vigorous, constructive dialogue between foreign investors and the government.
