Seychelles Blue Economy Roundtable

On 27th March, 2019, DMA was proud to welcome HE Vincent Meriton, Vice President of Seychelles, to the offices of Clyde & Co. for a roundtable focusing on the Blue Economy of the Seychelles. He was joined by the Kenneth Racombo, Seychelles’ Principal Secretary for Blue Economy and Rebecca Loustau-Lalanne, Principal Secretary to the Vice President. The roundtable began with a thorough and detailed account of the blue economy of the Seychelles, with a focus on the importance that it plays for the island nation and an assertion of the commitment that the country has to maintaining its resources and to sustainable growth.

Attendees were then given the opportunity to ask questions on all aspects of the blue economy as well as more wide-ranging subjects.

Our thanks to Clyde & Co. for graciously offering to host the meeting and to the Vice President and his team for such an informative and productive roundtable.
