DMA's Ethiopia Trade missionIn partnership with the FCO, UKTI and the Government of Ethiopia, DMA are delighted to announce that it will be taking a small, select group of business leaders to Addis Ababa, to meet with HE Hailemariam Desalegn, Prime Minister of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and his cabinet from 10th – 12th May, for a high-level trade and investment mission.

Africa’s second most populous country is now one of the fastest-growing in Africa with foreign, private sector participation and investment now encouraged in many areas of the economy hitherto reserved exclusively for government.

The mission is a follow-up to the highly successful UK-Ethiopia Trade & Investment Forum 2015, which was led by Dr Tedros Adhanom, Minister of Foreign Affairs and attracted over 400 delegates to hear more about the investment potential that Ethiopia has to offer. It will focus on opportunities in Infrastructure, Extractives and Manufacturing and will provide an unprecedented opportunity for participants to deepen relationships in Ethiopia; secure new investments or; simply witness, first-hand, the investment potential of one of Africa’s most exciting emerging economies.

Registration for this event is now closed. To follow the conversation online, use hashtag #InvestEthiopia
